the staff were friendly! they were always ready to help. i liked that the apartment was cleaned daily.
The pool wasn't great. It only got sun in the morning. the bathroom was also small. Water from the shower went everywhere, and the toilet was awkwardly placed behind the door.

missing equipmentdisorganized staff
The gym was a joke really. Several machines were out of service so my routine went out the window. No leg press or even basic cable crossovers and forget about doing squats no Smith machine either. Also housekeeping missed cleaning my room twice not a great experience to return after a long day to an unmade bed and a dirty bathroom and no one wants overflowing dustbins. I guess the staff is stretched thin though well-meaning just disorganized maybe.
